Dakota Spirits Distillery | Drink Responsibly

We all understand that Drinking Responsibly is not a law. Of course, we are each accountable for our actions and should consider the consequences of drinking irresponsibly.

At Bickering Brothers | Dakota Spirits Distillery, we hope you will enjoy our products while subscribing to the following:

Obey the Legal Drinking Age
As of 2010, all U.S. states require you be 21 years of age to imbibe alcohol. Those under the legal age have the least experience with alcohol and therefore are most likely to use it irresponsibly.

Do Not Drink and Drive
Over 15,000 fatalities resulted from drunk driving in 2009 in the U.S. You not only risk the life of yourself and others, you face heavy fines and time in prison.

Do Not Drink if You're Pregnant
Consuming alcohol while you're pregnant can lead to Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) for the child, including physical handicaps, mental retardation and learning disability.

Do Not Drink Excessively
While the CDC says that there is no defined acceptable amount, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans defines moderate drinking as one drink per day for women and two drinks for men.
